Planning Commission meetings are held on the third Monday of every month at 7:00pm (unless otherwise scheduled/advertised).

All plans submitted to be on the Planning Commission agenda must be submitted at least 30 days before the normally scheduled meeting (third Monday of each month).
How many plans should be submitted for Planning Commission review?
5 sets of plans need to be submitted for review of all subdivisions and land developments.
How long will it take from the time I submit a subdivision or land development application to the time it is approved?
This is an extremely difficult question to answer. The best answer is that your project will be reviewed and acted upon within the statutory requirements of the Plainfield Township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance and the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.
