Seasonal, Part-Time (Spring through Fall) Position Plainfield Township is seeking applicants to fill a seasonal, part-time position in the Public Works Department
* Candidates must be available between 20 and 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday from April through October
* Primary responsibilities include routine park and trail maintenance
* Rate is $25.00 per hour
* Must possess a valid PA driver's license in good standing
* Candidates are subject to pre-employment Drug and Alcohol testing as well as random drug and alcohol tests if employed

Seasonal, Part-Time Winter Maintenance Driver Position
* This position is an "as needed/weather determined" basis
* Must be available to work 7 days/week, mostly daytime hours, up to 30 hours per week
* Reports directly to the Public Works Foreman
* Ability to operate trucks with a plow and salt speader or other maintenance equipment used for snow and ice removal
* Ability to shovel and lift as needed to clear roads, parking lots and walkways
* Must be able to work in all conditions including cold, snow, sleet and rain
* Must be available from November 1st to March 31st for all emergency call-outs
* Must hold a valid Pennsylvania Drivers License. CDL is not required
* Subject to pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing requirements
*Applicant must provide authorization for the employer to obtain a 10-year Pennsylvania Driving Record

Alternate Member-Zoning Hearing Board
* This position is an "as needed" determined if a member is unavailable
* Member must reside in Plainfield Township
* You may not hold an elective office or be appointed on the Planning Commission
